Channel Watch

Channel Watch is social media monitoring for your own channel: a report we write for you every week.

Turn each week’s results into better decisions for your content. Channel Watch explains the week’s most important development on your channel, highlights smaller shifts worth watching and puts the key figures into context, so you know whether it’s you or the whole market.

What you get

01

The story of the week

The one thing that mattered most on your channel, looked at in a bit more depth.

02

Shorter observations

What else moved, and what it means for you.

03

The week in numbers

The few figures worth knowing, not a dashboard.

By email, on the same day every week.

This is an independent demonstration, not a commissioned client project. The company featured has a fictional name representing a real, unnamed restaurant chain. Its publicly observable social media data reflects that chain’s actual performance, while post covers have been blurred. Internal analytics are illustrative and modelled, not measured. All other accounts, posts and reported performance figures are real. The analysis is based on publicly accessible data and was prepared independently, without the involvement, approval or endorsement of the accounts featured.

How it works

Once, at the start

Kick-off

We agree what we watch, which competitors count as your market, and your delivery day.

Every week

The report

Analysed and written by a person.

Every quarter

The synthesis

A step back: what the quarter taught us, and what to change.

How often

Weekly hits the sweet spot: enough time for meaningful patterns to emerge, frequent enough to put the findings to work. Prefer reports more or less often? We’re happy to adjust. Delivery day, term and notice are agreed on the initial call.

Data basis

Public data plus your exported analytics or an API connection, if you choose to share them. Weekly by design, so this is not a crisis tool and there are no alerts.

Our approach to data

Is this for you?

A good fit if

You post several times a week, so there’s something to read.

You want an outside view on your channel, every week.

You regularly have to explain your numbers to someone else.
